What will you work on as Senior Visual Designer?

The Brand team is responsible for shaping the company’s communication strategy across all channels. It builds brand awareness on the market, creates and implements communication strategies, including crisis communication, organizes events and their visual setting, and prepares materials for sales, delivery teams, and the Management Board. The team also runs company social media, supports PR, Employer Branding, ESG, and CSR initiatives. We are currently looking for a person to strengthen this team. Senior Visual Designer reports directly to the Brand Manager and the Head of the department. You will work closely with all other departments across the company, at every seniority level, taking care of many diverse topics. Every day brings new challenges, which the team approaches with shared responsibility and mutual accountability. The team works based on a strategy divided into quarterly cycles and communicates remotely on a daily basis from different parts of Poland and beyond.

Who will you work with?

The team you will join currently consists of three people: a Brand Manager, a Video Editor, and a PR & Brand Expert. The team is also supported by the Head of the department.

What tasks await you in this role?

  • creating and developing brand strategy and visual content;
  • leading the design of websites and landing pages;
  • defining the creative direction of the marketing function;
  • setting design vision and initiatives that support business goals;
  • translating the company’s value proposition into various formats (digital, print, social);
  • designing engaging visual content, from branding to digital campaigns;
  • mentoring and supporting other designers;
  • UX/UI design and oversight of content creation;
  • creating visual assets for web, advertising, social media, and occasionally print;
  • using AI tools in the design process;
  • recommending new tools and technologies;

You are the one we’re looking for, if:

  • you have the following skills:
    • at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in IT or SaaS;
    • practical knowledge and understanding of UX/UI principles;
    • advanced proficiency in Adobe tools: Illustrator (brand and digital assets), Photoshop (digital campaigns, retouching, web content), After effects (animations, motion design);
    • strong command of Figma at a project-leading level, including components, design systems, and team collaboration;
    • advanced understanding of typography, composition, and motion design;
    • knowledge and practical use of AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar;
    • english proficiency at a minimum B2/C1 level, enabling spoken communication with clients and content creation in English;
    • experience and ability to work remotely with a strong focus on independence and excellent work organization;
    • you can also work in a team!

  • CV screening - we read about your experience and make sure that it matches our needs.
  • Online interview - during these 30 minutes the recruiter describes the role further and asks a few questions (i.e. about your expectations and notice period).
  • Online interview - one-hour online meeting with a recruiter and the Head of the Revenue team, with an optional follow-up if needed.
  • The decision, which is presented to you about 2 weeks after the interview.
