Senior Veeva Vault RIM Consultant

YourITeams is looking for a Senior Veeva Vault RIM Consultant to lead migration and configuration activities for a major pharmaceutical client. In this role, you will act as a technical lead, guiding the team through the migration of documents from legacy systems into Veeva Vault RIM while designing and implementing robust workflows within an agile delivery framework.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end document migration projects from legacy repositories to Veeva Vault RIM.
• Design, configure, and optimize Veeva Vault RIM workflows, lifecycles, metadata models, and security settings.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to implementation team members to ensure high-quality configurations.
• Develop comprehensive migration strategies, including mapping, transformation, and validation steps.
• Collaborate with business, quality, and IT stakeholders to align requirements with regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience configuring Veeva Vault RIM, including workflows, lifecycles, and security models.
• Hands-on experience migrating documents from legacy systems into Veeva Vault RIM.
• Track record as a senior consultant or technical lead on Veeva Vault implementations.
• Strong understanding of industry best practices for document migration in regulated environments.
• Experience working in agile teams and collaborating across cross-functional stakeholders.
