Senior Veeva eTMF/CTMS Consultant - part-time (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled and Veeva-certified consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in Veeva eTMF and GxP regulations to manage system changes, drive validation processes, and deliver scalable solutions for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage configuration and validation documentation for system changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee end-to-end system changes, including requirement gathering and stakeholder alignment.
• Design and prototype solutions tailored to specific business needs and functional requirements.
• Implement and configure Veeva systems according to defined specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure full compliance with GxP regulations.
• Stay updated with Veeva General Releases and manage release impacts effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Veeva Certified Administrator certification and proven experience in Veeva eTMF.
• Strong background in impact assessments, change management, and system validation documentation.
• Ability to manage system changes from initial requirement gathering to final testing.
• Fluent English language skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
