Senior UX/UI Designer

emagine Polska is looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join the Process Simulation & Analytics team. You will play a key role in designing intuitive digital products that support aseptic manufacturing, helping to improve operational efficiency and streamline complex workflows for diverse users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, ideation, prototyping, and visual interaction design.
• Translate complex user insights and business needs into clear product concepts and actionable developer requirements.
• Deliver high-fidelity, production-ready designs in Figma, ensuring consistency with the existing Design System.
• Conduct field research and workshops with operators, engineers, and managers to validate solutions and map process interdependencies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to ensure reliable implementation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI and product design for digital products.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, interaction design, and developer handoff.
• Proven track record of conducting user research, such as field interviews and usability testing, with operational or industrial users.
• Strong ability to facilitate workshops and communicate design decisions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote, international environment.
