Senior UX Researcher (100% Remote Worldwide)

Tether is a global leader in digital finance, pioneering a financial revolution through blockchain technology and innovative product suites. We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our fully remote team and help shape the future of our diverse product portfolio, ranging from consumer apps to complex developer platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end UX research across consumer and developer products, including Tether Wallet and Keet.
• Identify UX best practices and analyze competitors to uncover opportunities for product improvement.
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product designers and managers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to inform decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a research repository to ensure insights are reusable and compound over time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX research experience, with a strong command of qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Proven ability to define research questions, execute studies, and synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Working knowledge of crypto wallets, P2P messaging, AI applications, or developer tooling.
• Mandatory AI fluency, utilizing modern tools to accelerate research planning, synthesis, and reporting.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering, design, and leadership.
