Senior UX Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our team and support MetaMask, the world's most trusted crypto wallet, in creating intuitive and delightful experiences for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Build pixel-perfect interfaces in React and React Native with obsessive attention to detail.
• Design and implement animations and micro-interactions that make every user interaction feel considered.
• Translate Figma designs into accessible, production-ready experiences with minimal friction.
• Develop agentic workflows and tooling to improve design-to-code efficiency.
• Contribute to the MetaMask design system by creating reusable, accessible components that scale across platforms.
• Move rapidly from idea to prototype to validate concepts with real users.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating polished, high-quality interfaces, motion, and interaction design.
• Proven track record of shipping high-traffic, consumer-facing products using React and React Native.
• Fluency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and cross-platform frontend architecture.
• Strong Figma literacy and the ability to interpret design files with technical precision.
• Experience with crypto wallets, blockchain, or related Web3 technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously within a distributed, global team environment.
