Senior UX Designer

Xebia is a global AI-first digital transformation and engineering partner with over 25 years of experience. We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team and help design scalable products and data-driven solutions for our diverse international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and actively participating in the Discovery phase, including facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
• Working across the entire design process, from initial concepts and requirements through to implementation.
• Designing complex user journeys with multiple entry points and dependencies across teams.
• Creating both quick interactive mockups and complex, high-fidelity prototypes.
• Using UX metrics and data to identify problems, validate assumptions, and support design decisions.

Requirements

• Broad, hands-on experience in UX/UI design, particularly in the Discovery phase.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and experience delivering solutions across the entire design lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in working with complex, mature Design Systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with technical and business stakeholders.
• Native-level Polish and English at a minimum B2 level.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants to improve productivity and decision-making.
