<h3>What you’ll bring:</h3>
<ul>
    <li>5+ years of experience in <strong>UX</strong>, <strong>UI</strong>, or <strong>product design</strong>.</li>
    <li>Strong grasp of <strong>UX</strong> principles, design thinking, and usability best practices.</li>
    <li>Proficiency in <strong>Figma</strong>, <strong>Sketch</strong>, or similar tools.</li>
    <li>Experience with data-driven products or business applications.</li>
    <li>Excellent English and communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
    <li>Experience with user research, <strong>BI</strong> tools (<strong>Power BI</strong>, <strong>Tableau</strong>), or front-end basics (<strong>HTML</strong>, <strong>React</strong>).</li>
