Senior UX Designer

CYCLAD is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to lead the discovery and concept development of intuitive, employee-facing digital tools. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for enterprise-level platforms, ensuring that complex information architectures and user journeys are translated into seamless, accessible, and functional designs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX discovery and concept development for intranet and employee-facing tools.
• Design navigation, information architecture, and user journeys tailored for enterprise audiences.
• Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and visual layouts using Microsoft Viva and SharePoint UX patterns.
• Partner with architects to validate design feasibility across Viva Connections, Engage, Teams, and Copilot.
• Design role-based landing pages, dashboards, and curated resource hubs to improve user engagement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in a similar UX design role.
• Hands-on expertise in designing enterprise portals, intranets, or internal communication platforms.
• Deep knowledge of information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and UX research synthesis.
• Proven experience designing within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online and Viva.
• Strong ability to collaborate with engineering and content teams to drive design decisions into execution.
