Senior UX Designer

Propane is a digital experience and platform agency dedicated to transforming digital complexity into growth. We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team and lead the end-to-end product design process for a sophisticated 3D-based technical visualization and reporting application.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product design process for complex, 3D-based technical visualization and SaaS applications.
• Define AI-native product experiences, including the design of copilots, assistants, and agent-driven workflows.
• Conduct research and gather requirements from distributed technical teams to translate manual reports into interactive dashboards.
• Create detailed information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for modern web applications.
• Facilitate cross-functional design workshops and sprints to drive creative ideation and uncover project requirements.
• Present design work and strategy directly to executive and c-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in designing web, mobile, or desktop applications, with at least 5 years focused on B2B or consumer SaaS.
• Proven ability to collect input from technical teams and translate it into actionable product requirements.
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to connect data, infrastructure, and business value.
• Experience in planning and leading design workshops with large, cross-functional groups.
• Comfortable working closely with development teams and integrating AI workflows into the design process.
