Senior UX Designer

We are currently seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team and take ownership of complex digital products that impact millions of users across various sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of UX for selected areas of complex digital products and ecosystems.
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear, functional user experiences.
• Map user journeys, define information architecture, and create wireframes and prototypes.
• Identify and resolve inconsistent or conflicting requirements through active stakeholder collaboration.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance research, synthesis, ideation, and prototyping processes.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio of commercial UX projects demonstrating your individual contribution and decision-making.
• Solid expertise in user flows, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Proven experience working on complex digital platforms and managing multiple stakeholder dependencies.
• Ability to independently navigate ambiguity and transform unclear problems into structured design solutions.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level) and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
