Key responsibilities

• Ensuring design consistency across products while maintaining large design systems.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of strategists, analysts, and developers.
• Actively integrating an AI-first approach into workflows, ideation, and design output.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial projects and complex design solutions.
• Deep understanding of web and mobile design principles, including accessibility standards.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar.
• Proactive mindset with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent command of written and spoken English.
