Senior UX Designer

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a UX Designer.

• Proven experience in collaborating with and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Advanced expertise in creating and maintaining Design Systems.

• Strong proficiency in designing low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, technology, analytics, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver user-centred solutions.

• Identify usability issues and recommend improvements that enhance user experience and contribute to higher conversion rates.

• Plan, conduct, analyse, and synthesise qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

• Communicate ideas, concepts, and design decisions effectively through compelling storytelling and presentations, including executive and board-level audiences.
