Senior UX Designer (DesignOps Specialist)

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with a focus on DesignOps to join our team and help shape the future of digital innovation through efficient workflows and advanced design systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX design for features while implementing AI-augmented workflows to automate DesignOps processes.
• Drive AI adoption across teams by introducing new tools, improving AI literacy, and supporting automation infrastructure.
• Manage design system governance, including health, versioning, and naming conventions.
• Create and maintain scalable design token systems and theming strategies to ensure consistency across products.
• Lead client workshops on process optimization, design system strategy, and team scaling.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers on both craft quality and efficient ways of working.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in UX/Product Design with a strong background in DesignOps and process design.
• Proven expertise with Figma, Tokens.Studio, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with active use of AI-augmented workflows and tooling.
• Solid understanding of design tooling ecosystems and developer workflows, including CI/CD concepts and token pipelines.
• Experience managing design systems and coordinating cross-team adoption.
