Senior UI/UX Designer

CommIT is seeking a results-driven Senior UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end user experience of our AI-powered video intelligence platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and AI, where you will translate complex computer vision capabilities into intuitive, high-performance workflows used by security operators and enterprise teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full UX lifecycle from discovery and concept development through wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototyping, and engineering handoff.
• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences that simplify complex AI-driven security workflows and enterprise systems.
• Define information architecture for data-rich, analytics-heavy products to ensure clarity, scalability, and performance.
• Lead structured user research initiatives, including field studies, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
• Build and evolve a cross-platform design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and engineering alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for complex B2B, enterprise, or data-heavy platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work across research, interaction design, and high-fidelity execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design systems.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
