Senior UI & UX / Graphic Designer

Lemon.io is a marketplace connecting talented designers with hand-picked startups across the US and Europe. We are looking for experienced Senior UI & UX and Graphic Designers to join our global community and work on impactful, fast-paced projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver polished, production-ready design work from scratch.
• Maintain design systems and component architecture.
• Communicate directly with clients to discuss creative briefs and defend design decisions.
• Absorb project context quickly to align with existing brand directions.
• Manage your own time and hit deadlines independently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI & UX or Graphic Design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Prototyping, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design craft with a focus on real product or brand outcomes.
• Advanced English communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• High level of ownership, reliability, and ability to work without micromanagement.
