Senior UI Designer

As a Senior UI Designer at intent, you will shape how users interact with physical devices, ranging from smart rings and high-end speakers to health-tech hardware. You will work alongside a world-class UX team and developers to take designs from initial client workshops all the way to final production for international startups and enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct design workshops with clients to translate complex inputs into clear design directions.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for native iOS and Android applications.
• Design interfaces where software meets hardware, including pairing flows, device status, and sensor data visualization.
• Support projects from initial design to production in collaboration with developers, QA, and PMs.
• Utilize AI tools within your daily workflow to experiment with new ideas and improve team standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience in UI design with a strong focus on product design.
• Advanced Figma skills, including building complex design systems with components and auto-layouts.
• Hands-on experience designing interfaces for IoT and connected devices.
• Solid knowledge of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Android platform guidelines.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present designs confidently to clients.
