Senior Transformation Manager

emagine Polska is seeking a Senior Transformation Manager to oversee and enhance processes related to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) governance and reporting. This role is essential for ensuring effective project coordination, managing risks and dependencies, and supporting strategic initiatives with a focus on operational efficiency and clear stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Global IT M&A governance, reporting, and management tools.
• Establish frameworks for prioritization, criticality, readiness, risk, blockers, and progress tracking across M&A and transformation initiatives.
• Create and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures for informed decision-making.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute M&A, integration, carve-out, transformation, and standardization initiatives.
• Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies throughout initiatives while facilitating stakeholder workshops.

Requirements

• Strong experience in M&A governance and reporting processes.
• Proven project management skills with proficiency in managing complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with risk management techniques and tools.
