Senior Traffic Manager

emagine Polska is looking for a Senior Traffic Manager to oversee the entire paid player acquisition strategy for an online sports betting operator. This role is focused on driving growth through effective media buying and campaign management across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Manage media budgets and allocate them across high-performing audiences to maximize results.
• Design and test compliant pre-landers to improve qualification and conversion rates.
• Set up and maintain tracking across the funnel using tools like Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ads and test new marketing angles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid digital acquisition, specifically within the iGaming or sports betting industry.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with familiarity in TikTok Ads.
• Ability to independently manage tracking stacks and perform advanced data analysis using Excel or Looker Studio.
• Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
