Senior Test Specialist

RITS is looking for a Senior Test Specialist to join our team and take ownership of functional testing and quality assurance for our key projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that our solutions meet business requirements through rigorous testing, documentation, and reporting in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive test activities, including functional, integration, regression, UI, and performance testing.
• Design and maintain detailed test cases and manage the full defect lifecycle within Azure DevOps.
• Validate APIs and system integrations using tools like Postman to ensure data flow accuracy.
• Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers to report on quality status, risks, and test coverage.
• Identify potential gaps in requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Test Specialist or QA Specialist with strong hands-on testing skills.
• Expertise in both black-box and white-box testing methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Azure DevOps for test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in API testing and complex system integrations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present quality insights to both technical and business stakeholders.
