Senior Test Lead

Avenga is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Test Lead to support the evaluation, testing, and rollout of an enterprise AI governance platform. You will ensure the platform meets functional, technical, security, and compliance requirements while working closely with technical teams and external partners to deliver reliable, high-quality AI governance capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed test plans, test cases, and scenarios.
• Plan, execute, and document testing activities across platform evaluation and implementation phases.
• Perform functional, integration, performance, and security testing to ensure system integrity.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare concise QA status reports covering test progress, defect trends, and overall platform readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing for enterprise platforms or SaaS solutions.
• Proven experience developing test plans and managing defects using tools like Jira.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured, evidence-based approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in Agile environments.
