Senior Technical Researcher/Engineer

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform that utilizes proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow globally. As a Senior Technical Researcher/Engineer, you will join our AdTech Technical Research Team to explore cutting-edge technologies, conduct in-depth research, and collaborate on integrating innovative solutions into our large-scale systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and experiment with new technologies within the ad tech domain.
• Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and prototypes to evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of new solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external organizations, such as browser vendors and W3C, to share knowledge and drive innovation.
• Assess new privacy mechanisms and explore performance improvements for mobile platforms.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience as a researcher or engineer.
• Strong technical proficiency with programming skills and the ability to navigate complex system architectures.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving specific project outcomes.
• Experience with technologies such as Python, Java, Scala, TypeScript, PyTorch, and cloud platforms like GCP.
