Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)

We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support our global recruitment efforts and help us grow our talented team during a period of transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop effective, proactive recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through diverse channels to build a high-quality, inclusive pipeline.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial job posting through to offer acceptance.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, utilizing data and analytics to optimize hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compensation, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless hiring operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter within the technology industry.
• Strong proficiency in modern sourcing techniques and tools to identify top-tier talent.
• Demonstrated ability to assess technical skills and cultural alignment effectively.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, with a preference for Greenhouse.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments while maintaining a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
