Senior Technical Project Manager

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to define specifications and communicate project status.
• Manage documentation, workflows, and progress tracking using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Organize and lead project reviews to align stakeholders on milestones and mitigate risks.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans to ensure effective management of deliverables and deadlines.
• Identify improvement opportunities and promote best practices to elevate overall project performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with an engineering or QA background.
• 5+ years in IT project management, including 3+ years in an Agile environment.
• Fluent in English with experience collaborating directly with executive leadership.
• Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and manage distributed global teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience driving projects that integrate AI capabilities into products.
