Senior Technical Project Manager

Key responsibilities

• Managing the budget, scope, and timeline while reporting development progress to stakeholders.
• Building long-term relationships with external clients and managing their expectations with a business-oriented approach.
• Coordinating the development of design and software solutions and taking ownership of overall project success.
• Motivating, supporting, and guiding the project team through the development lifecycle.
• Creating or facilitating the creation of user stories, MVPs, and other lean documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in managing diverse agile IT projects.
• Strong proficiency in agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban and project management tools such as Jira.
• Solid technical knowledge allowing for smooth communication with developers, product designers, and QA specialists.
• Experience in presales activities, including uncovering client needs and crafting compelling offers.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+) and Polish (C2).
