Senior Technical Project Manager

Spyrosoft is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of large enterprise software projects. You will lead delivery streams within established client accounts, combining a strong project management toolkit with deep technical understanding to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects in line with the agreed scope, budget, quality standards, and target margin.
• Lead project planning and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Own day-to-day communication with client delivery stakeholders while escalating commercial matters when necessary.
• Provide regular updates on delivery progress, budget utilization, and financial forecasts.
• Support offer preparation by contributing project estimates, delivery models, and key risk assumptions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise software delivery, including 2 years leading projects of comparable scale.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and delivery margin.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience in actively improving delivery processes.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions in cloud, .NET, Java, or data engineering environments.
• Excellent English skills at C1 level and confidence in using AI tools to support daily project management activities.
