Senior Technical Project Manager (Embedded)

Spyrosoft is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead HMI and embedded software projects for international clients. This role requires a professional who bridges the gap between complex technical engineering and strategic project management, ensuring successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 1–3 end-to-end projects with teams of 5–25 people, taking full ownership of scope, schedule, quality, budget, and project margins.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to assess technical dependencies and integration challenges, incorporating them into realistic delivery plans.
• Act as the primary operational contact for clients, leading status meetings, coordinating product demonstrations, and resolving delivery concerns.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, escalating issues early with clear impact assessments and proposed solutions.
• Support business development by providing effort estimates, delivery approaches, and staffing plans for new proposals.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with practical experience in software development, testing, or systems engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in IT project management, including 3 years in software services for international clients.
• Proven experience delivering HMI or embedded software projects, with a solid understanding of architecture and technical dependencies.
• Experience managing both Fixed Price and Time & Material projects, including responsibility for budgets and margins.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher) to manage client expectations and lead complex discussions.
