Senior Technical Program Manager

InPost Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and scale complex, technology-driven platforms that power logistics at scale. In this role, you will own end-to-end technology programs, connecting strategy to execution while managing cross-team dependencies to ensure measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex, multi-team technology programs from planning through launch.
• Build end-to-end program plans including goals, milestones, roadmaps, and critical paths.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration boundaries proactively.
• Define and track program KPIs to ensure delivery drives tangible business value.
• Systematize AI usage in program execution and coach teams on effective AI adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in technology program management.
• 4+ years delivering complex, multi-domain programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong command of Agile, Kanban, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of SQL, programming languages, and Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
