Senior Technical Program Manager

Harvey Nash Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-team technology initiatives in a fully remote environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution while navigating ambiguous requirements and international market demands.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of cross-team technology programs and strategic initiatives, including new market launches.
• Define program plans, roadmaps, and critical paths while managing dependencies, risks, and integration points.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations teams to keep senior leadership informed on status and decisions.
• Define and track program KPIs against business outcomes, utilizing data-driven insights to guide project direction.
• Lead governance processes, including steering committees and readiness checks, while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technology program management, with at least 3 years of multi-team, program-level delivery.
• Strong technical background with the ability to analyze system architecture and engage in substantive discussions with engineers.
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and executives in an international environment.
• Technical higher education in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Agile, Kanban, and Lean methodologies, alongside tools like Jira and Confluence.
