Senior Technical Program Manager (Engineering)

Kratos Growth is an AI-powered consumer intelligence platform providing strategic insights to global brands like Coca Cola, Unilever, and Bayer. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive critical engineering initiatives from definition through production.

Key responsibilities

• Drive complex engineering projects from initial planning to final production.
• Manage milestones, risks, dependencies, and commitments across multiple teams.
• Ensure Jira accurately reflects engineering work and review epics to ensure readiness for development.
• Translate business requests into clear engineering requirements and enforce intake processes.
• Provide the CTO with visibility into progress, blockers, and delivery confidence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Delivery.
• Strong background in running complex software projects across multiple engineering teams.
• Technical fluency in cloud environments, APIs, data pipelines, CI/CD, and AI/ML.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and Jira management.
• Strong sense of ownership and a proven bias toward execution.
