(Senior) Technical Product Manager, Rail Integrations (all genders)

Distribusion is the world’s leading ground transportation marketplace, connecting bus, rail, and ferry operators in over 70 countries with major global retailers. We are seeking a (Senior) Technical Product Manager to join our Integrations team, focusing on onboarding carriers, harmonizing data structures, and driving innovation within our B2B technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Extend platform functionalities to enable new business opportunities.
• Automate and innovate our existing inventory and API products.
• Manage the scoping and onboarding of new rail carriers, with a focus on expanding our reach in Asia.
• Lead strategic decision-making processes and contribute to team-wide process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the rail industry, specifically with PICO API, OSDM, or other transportation standards.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in product management, with a strong focus on technical products like APIs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing without direct authority.
• Solid background in product, process, and project management within cross-functional environments.
• Technical or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with fluent English proficiency.
