Senior Technical Product Manager, Rail Integrations (all genders)

Distribusion is a leading global ground transportation marketplace, connecting bus, rail, and ferry operators with major online retailers. We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Supply domain and lead our rail integration efforts as we scale our operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Extend platform functionalities to unlock new business opportunities and market reach.
• Drive innovation and automation within our existing inventory and API products.
• Manage the end-to-end scoping and onboarding process for new rail carriers, with a focus on expansion into Asian markets.
• Define and challenge strategic product decisions while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to team efficiency through continuous process improvements and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the rail industry, specifically with PICO API, OSDM, or other transportation standards.
• 4+ years of professional product management experience, with a strong focus on technical products and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
• Solid background in product, process, and project management within cross-functional environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with fluent English communication skills.
