Senior Technical Product Manager - Wallets (100% Remote)

Tether Operations Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of a global-scale crypto wallet product. You will be responsible for setting the roadmap, driving sprints, and ensuring the successful delivery of features that impact millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements for development teams.
• Conduct extensive market research and customer discovery to refine the product value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to validate and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Define, track, and report on product KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
• Proven experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
• Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A bias toward action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
