Senior Technical Delivery Manager - Data Platforms

Exerizon is a fast-growing strategy and technology consulting firm that helps market leaders tackle complex challenges, from digital strategy and cloud transformation to data and AI platforms. We are looking for a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead data platform programmes, focusing on lakehouse and warehouse builds, migrations, and modernization on Databricks and Snowflake.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data platform engagements, including discovery, build, migration, and hypercare on Azure or AWS.
• Own the delivery plan, scope, budget, and risk register while reporting directly to client executives.
• Shape and defend technical approaches, including ingestion patterns, transformation, and orchestration strategies.
• Manage engineering cadences, including backlog, sprint planning, and CI/CD discipline.
• Oversee platform economics, including credit consumption and FinOps reporting to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Lead and coach mixed teams of data engineers, architects, and analysts to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in data and analytics delivery, with at least 3 years in a management role accountable for programme outcomes.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end production data platform programmes on Databricks or Snowflake.
• Technical fluency in SQL, PySpark, Delta Lake, and cloud-native data architectures.
• Strong delivery management toolkit, including estimation, change control, and risk management.
• Experience working in regulated industries with a focus on data governance, privacy, and audit requirements.
• Full professional fluency in Polish and English.
