Senior Technical Business Analyst

PTT Consulting is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to lead requirements discovery, analysis, and delivery readiness for complex Remote Gaming Server integration projects. This role focuses on translating customer, regulatory, and technical requirements into clear, traceable deliverables that support successful implementation across global iLottery and gaming platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, discovery workshops, and stakeholder interviews to define project scope.
• Produce comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, integration requirements, and process flows.
• Create and maintain Jira epics, features, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and document complex integrations between RGS, PAM/Wallet, Game Studios, and third-party systems.
• Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Compliance.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting complex enterprise platforms or system integrations.
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, traceability, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong technical proficiency with APIs, JSON payloads, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience working within regulated, compliance-driven, or audit-heavy industry environments.
