Senior Technical Business Analyst ( Banking experience)

emagine Polska is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join the Risk, Product Control and ESG IT department. This role involves supporting complex change initiatives within a production-facing financial services environment, working closely with senior engineers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business and technical analysis for Risk and Product Control initiatives from scope definition to implementation.
• Translate complex requirements into functional specifications, data mappings, and testable backlog items.
• Analyze current and target-state business processes, system flows, and data dependencies.
• Define business rules, validation logic, and reconciliation requirements for robust system integration.
• Support the full testing lifecycle, including functional, regression, and UAT, ensuring operational readiness.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior or Technical Business Analyst in complex enterprise technology environments.
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and solution designers.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL, relational databases, and data warehouse structures.
• Experience with REST APIs, messaging architectures, and structured data formats like JSON and XML.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business, technology, and operations teams.
