Senior Technical Business Analyst - Associate Product Owner

Square One Resources is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst and Associate Product Owner to support the rollout of a modern Mobile Messaging technology stack. You will act as a vital bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that complex requirements are translated into actionable development tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed, development-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Co-own and continuously refine the product backlog while acting as a Proxy Product Owner for specific technical domains.
• Create comprehensive system workflows, process maps, data models, and API specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects to design optimal technical solutions.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to development teams and coordinate User Acceptance Testing processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or in a similar professional capacity.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
• Proven experience in creating technical documentation, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and complex data flows.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently.
