Senior Technical Analyst (Pharma)

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to join our team and support the configuration, validation, and ongoing operation of laboratory instrument data acquisition software within a pharmaceutical R&D environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our technical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Support software architecture design for instrument data acquisition solutions.
• Configure and manage both on-premises and AWS-based environments.
• Act as the primary technical contact for operations teams and business users.
• Coordinate deployments and infrastructure activities with internal teams.
• Execute testing activities and maintain comprehensive SDLC documentation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft and AWS technologies.
• 3+ years of experience supporting laboratory instrument data acquisition software in pharmaceutical R&D.
• Strong knowledge of chromatography data systems supporting large-scale user bases.
• Proven experience with software lifecycle management in regulated environments.
• Experience creating and executing IQ/OQ test cases and supporting UAT.
