Senior TDM Engineer

YourITeams is seeking a highly skilled Senior TDM Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level test data management solutions, ensuring secure data provisioning and compliance across our development and testing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, and deploy test data management services across various enterprise projects.
• Deliver and maintain robust test data provisioning capabilities, including data discovery, modeling, and profiling.
• Implement and enforce PII analysis, data masking, and sub-setting policies to ensure strict privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Integrate TDM solutions with databases, data warehouses, and business systems to support agile delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and security experts, to translate requirements into effective TDM processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience working with complex enterprise applications.
• At least 5 years of experience designing and deploying TDM services in enterprise environments.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience using Broadcom TDM as a primary tool.
• Advanced SQL skills with proficiency in XML and JSON parsing and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of PII identification, masking techniques, and data sub-setting processes.
