Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Jobgether is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This high-impact role focuses on building exceptional commercial teams across the UK and Europe, with a strong emphasis on executive search and headhunting to identify top-tier passive talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for commercial positions, ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership roles.
• Lead executive search assignments, including market mapping, target-company identification, and direct outreach to passive candidates.
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines through diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry events.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives as a trusted talent advisor, providing data-driven insights on market conditions and candidate availability.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and manage the entire offer and negotiation process to ensure successful onboarding.

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record in sourcing, direct search, and headhunting.
• Extensive experience in executive search, specifically identifying and closing senior or C-level candidates.
• Strong background in recruiting commercial talent, particularly within sales, business development, and account management functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work confidently alongside senior leadership and executives.
• C1-level English proficiency and fluency in Russian, combined with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
