Senior Tableau Engineer

DataArt Poland is seeking a Senior Tableau Engineer to join a strategic initiative focused on building a centralized, scalable data ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of engineering and business intelligence, transforming complex data architectures into intuitive, high-impact dashboards that support C-level executive decision-making within a global wealth and asset management firm.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize sophisticated dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
• Develop data sources and semantic layers within Snowflake to support streamlined reporting.
• Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs and translate requirements into visual formats.
• Ensure total data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
• Continually improve dashboard performance and usability for an enhanced user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated Tableau development experience.
• Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouses.
• Experience utilizing DBT models as the primary data source layer.
• Strong SQL skills and a deep understanding of data modeling principles.
• Proven ability to build executive-level dashboards and translate business requirements into strategic visual insights.
• Understanding of core financial metrics and experience within the fintech domain.
