Senior / Strong Mid C++ Qt Developer with GStreamer expertise

Spyrosoft is seeking a Senior or Regular C++ Qt Developer with specialized GStreamer expertise to join a project focused on developing advanced video and camera functionality for a next-generation automotive infotainment platform. You will work on real-time video processing solutions within Embedded Linux environments, ensuring high performance and low latency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex GStreamer pipelines for video and camera processing.
• Integrate multimedia pipelines seamlessly with C++ and Qt applications.
• Develop and optimize live camera streaming solutions using V4L2 and hardware-accelerated codecs.
• Analyze, debug, and optimize multimedia performance to meet strict latency requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality infotainment features.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with GStreamer is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Proficiency in C++ development and hands-on experience with Qt applications.
• Solid understanding of video pipelines, codecs, video formats, and streaming architectures.
• Experience working within Linux environments and embedded systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex multimedia issues and perform performance profiling.
