Senior Staff Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Staff Platform Engineer to join our globally distributed Platform Infrastructure Engineering team, focusing on designing solutions for monitoring, troubleshooting, and telemetry across our worldwide network.

Key responsibilities

• Drive infrastructure automation for configuration management of over 2,000 VMs and 600 on-premises servers.
• Collaborate with global teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC to establish security, networking, and platform standards.
• Implement GitOps practices for deployments and drift management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and product stakeholders to design scalable solutions.
• Work with technical project managers to define and plan multiple engineering projects.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing on-premises Linux-based server infrastructure at scale using tools like Puppet or Ansible.
• Extensive experience with Proxmox, VMware, and Kubernetes.
• Deep proficiency in Linux systems, virtualization, and containerization technologies.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Familiarity with secrets management processes and CI/CD tooling like ArgoCD or GitHub Actions.
