Senior / Staff Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js + AWS)

Blue Language Labs Inc. is building a protocol for structured, verifiable, multi-party agreements that execute deterministically. We are looking for a Senior or Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join our high-trust, high-autonomy team to own features end-to-end, from the React interface to the underlying AWS infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship full-stack features across payments, document workflows, and agent orchestration.
• Build and maintain stateful systems that demand idempotency, auditability, and safe retry logic.
• Own AWS infrastructure, including architecture decisions, serverless systems, IaC, monitoring, and security.
• Work with PostgreSQL-backed services and event-driven components.
• Use modern AI tooling to accelerate development and experimentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and shipping production systems as a full-stack engineer.
• Strong backend expertise in Node.js and TypeScript with a focus on system correctness.
• Strong frontend skills with React to build polished, production-ready interfaces.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, including consistency, concurrency, and failure handling.
• Hands-on experience with AWS production environments and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning.
