Senior SQL Database Administrator

Cyclad is currently seeking a Senior SQL Database Administrator to join a global IT company and support complex enterprise database environments. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to contribute to cutting-edge technology projects within an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of MSSQL databases within enterprise environments.
• Troubleshooting complex incidents and resolving performance-related issues.
• Managing the full lifecycle of database incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.
• Configuring, optimizing, and fine-tuning database parameters for peak performance.
• Improving and automating database operations to increase efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of professional experience in database administration.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
• Proven experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and daily database operations.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments and infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
