Senior Software Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Aras Corporation is seeking a dedicated Senior Software Test Engineer to join the ASF QA team, which specializes in customizing the Aras Innovator platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of complex Product Lifecycle Management solutions, working closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional and non-functional testing of web applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Analyze, clarify, and test project requirements while developing effective testing strategies.
• Plan, prioritize, and estimate testing tasks to meet project milestones.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases and bug reports.
• Develop and review automated tests using TypeScript to streamline quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and partners to track bugs and report quality metrics.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency in testing web applications and understanding client-server architecture.
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and the software development lifecycle.
• Proven experience in creating detailed test documentation and managing bug lifecycles.
• Practical experience with automation tools and TypeScript.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
