Senior Software Engineer with Python

CodiLime is a software and network engineering expert partnering with global leaders in the tech and telecommunications sectors. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our fully remote, distributed team in developing a unified network security management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining the software product and its underlying libraries.
• Leading technical initiatives from initial design documentation through to final release.
• Developing self-service product features with predictable behavior and actionable error handling.
• Applying AI-assisted engineering practices across the entire software development lifecycle.
• Maintaining high test coverage and contributing to the overall testing strategy.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience with modern Python, including strict static typing and Pydantic.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining software products for external customers.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and a considered approach to their implementation.
• Strong background in data modeling, transformation, and building API integrations.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, to facilitate effective communication.
