Senior Software Engineer

RTB House is a global leader in performance marketing, utilizing proprietary Deep Learning AI to drive results for brands worldwide. We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Supply Engineering team, where you will play a pivotal role in integrating systems, maintaining our high-performance platform, and developing critical internal services that power our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of internal services and components, ensuring their health, scalability, and observability.
• Develop and maintain tools that empower non-technical teams to perform complex data analyses.
• Build and optimize backend services and data pipelines to enrich bidding data from diverse sources.
• Conduct technical and A/B analyses to continuously improve the efficiency of our bidding integrations.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Experience working with cloud environments, preferably GCP, and data analysis tools like SQL and BigQuery.
• Ability to design stable, scalable solutions in dynamic and ambiguous technical environments.
• Strong focus on writing clean, reliable, and observable code.
