Senior Software Engineer

Betway Group is a leading digital gaming company seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our global team. You will play a key role in driving the design, development, and evolution of our technology stack, ensuring our platforms remain robust, scalable, and innovative.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate user requirements into clear technical design documents.
• Design scalable software architectures supporting cross-functional needs across multiple platforms.
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions, including web applications and data processes.
• Ensure code quality and DevOps alignment through CI/CD pipeline development and continuous improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and champion engineering best practices across the development team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in .NET 8+ for developing Web APIs and Worker Services, with solid experience in C# 8+.
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and Dapper.
• Familiarity with message queueing systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, unit testing, and distributed caching with Redis.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, including Repos, Pipelines, and Releases.
