Senior Software Engineer – PHP, TypeScript, Node.js (remote within EMEA)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help build reliable, scalable products that deliver meaningful value to our customers while driving technical excellence across our engineering organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality software aligned with engineering best practices.
• Own complex technical initiatives from design through implementation, monitoring, and optimization.
• Improve system reliability by implementing monitoring, observability, and automated health checks.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to simplify technical solutions and maximize business impact.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• Significant experience building and operating production software in modern product engineering environments.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with expertise in designing scalable, distributed systems.
• Proficiency in our core stack: PHP (Symfony), Node.js (TypeScript), and Angular.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), Kubernetes, and modern data architectures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to drive initiatives forward in ambiguous situations.
